As a group  we have worked together and have thought of innovation to be  the process of bringing, creating and implementing  new ideas which enable us to bring values to our society .  Also innovation is about one being creative in ensuring that they develop, create and implement new ideas and systems that will enable our society to move forward.

Brief introduction of our country Sierra Leone.

Sierra Leone is a small country on the West African coast. It has a total area of  73,326 squar kilometers. It is bounded on the West and South-West by the Atlantic ocean, on the North-West and North-East by the republic of Guinea and on the  East and South- East by the republic of Libera. Sierra Leone has four main physical regions which are: 1. The Freetown Peninsula 2. The Costal Plain 3. The interior Lowlands 4. The interior Plantian.

There are sixteen ethnic groups inhabitant in Sierra Leone, each with its own language and customs. The largest ethnic groups are the Temne and Mende. 

Sierra Leone relied on mining minerals like diamonds, gold etc for it economic base. Sierra Leone also has two main seasons, the raining  season and the dry season. Th e geography includes swamps, beaches, wooded hills, and mountains in the interior. 

The innovations we have thought of in making cities more sustainable, ending poverty etc are listed below.
