What is a Smart City?

It’s a city outfitted with high-tech communication capabilities. It uses digital technology to enhance performance and well being, to reduce costs and resource consumption, and to engage more effectively and actively with its citizens.

My students have worked towards creating an innovative idea this week.

My students of Grade 10 have created a website emphasising the significance of  Sustainable Development Goals and the steps taken in our school towards achieving these goals.

My grade 5 students are preparing for PYP exhibiton which is a culmination of thier journey in PYP before they enter MYP.  I have a group of students who have chosen SDG 15 - Life on Land to learn, sustain and showcase their work to thier parents and to the world.

My students brainstormed the ideas for recycling of plastics and finally they came up with innovative app.We believe that mobile app can help in reducing the consumption of plastics used by our society which is responsible for spoiling our environment.
